My @KCBgroup Case & Customer service manager v (Manesh)

On Saturday(9th june) I logged on to KCB moi avenue. I'd come to see Customer Service manager - Janet. My first stop is the safaricom desk where phones sell themselves (There was nobody at that desk the whole morning so the conclusion). At a glance I was sure Janet was not present today. I hit up this lady next desk asking for Janet's whereabouts. Answer I got, 'Janet's no longer with us'. Whoa!
Janet had been on my case, I'd writter a letter complaining about how KCB staff (Actually the lady at the loans desk is part of these staff) had conned me into opening an account. They never contacted me later and it has since been accruing charges. Jannet was also supposed to contact me and advice on the way forward. Her failure to do this was why I was at the  bank on that day.
Anyway the lady who's taken up her desk informed me that Janet had passed on that same morning.
I have since searched on twitter for her name and came across one tweet in honor of Janet.

I din't know you much janet but for the little braveness i once saw you with I say Rest in Peace Janet Manesh

PS: @KCBgroup She was following up on my story, she dies my story dies. RIP accrued charges
